The Master of Science in Taxation is designed for practicing accountants and lawyers, financial managers and planners, and those accounting majors entering the field of taxation. Special emphasis is placed on technical competence in applications of the current tax law as well as tax research and communication.
Core Competency Courses (6 Credits)
Students with demonstrated knowledge in Business and/or Finance may take elective courses in place of one or both of the core competency courses.

- ACC 670 - Tax Research and Communications

- ACC 725 - Taxation of Estates, Gifts and Trusts
- ACC 730 - Taxation of Property-Real Estate/Like Kind Exchanges
- ACC 735 - Multi-State Taxation
