This DBA provides continual immersion in an integrated program designed for business leaders interested in engaging academic methods to solve real-world problems. The student experiences include academic rigor, leadership assessment, self-reflection and growth, and a global lens for solving some of the world’s thorniest problems. Participants will engage in a dynamic online course that is entirely asynchronous, allowing interaction with both faculty and fellow students at their own pace. Additionally, they will immerse themselves in a unique learning experience through a hybrid residential course, conducted in either Costa Mesa or Palo Alto, which spans 6 hours and meets three times each term.
